Hey all!
I've been in the gym for about 5-6 years now. The last 3 years were in a homegym of my own. However, I do these workouts with 2 of my good friends. My girlfriend, doesn't do any sports whatsoever, wants to start aswell. She lives +1 hour away though, so it's not really possible to have her workout in my little homegym every time.
Now I promised to make her a workout she can do at home. She doesn't have anything to do it with, but I'm thinking about just giving her a couple of dumbells and that can go a long way.
One problem: I have no idea how to set this up. What would be the optimal workout be for this? She's not fat at all, but she doesn't do any sports - And it was hard enough to kind of convince her to start with fitness. She won't go to the gym however, so it's important it stays a home-kind-of-thing.
I've read the FAQ, for the 2 workouts listed there - but they seem to be more for men?
