Hey all, I have been on SL 5x5 for about 4-ish months now, and my current stats are: Squat 95 -> 225, Bench 80 -> 130, DL 95 -> 240 OHP 45 -> 100, ROW 75 -> 150. I'm 5'7" and weigh 150-155 (Haven't weighed myself in about a week)
Now my numbers aren't stellar but I've noticed that my Squats, DL and Rows have continuously been going up however I've had to deload quite a few times on OHP and Bench. Recently I have had trouble getting past 130 on Bench and 100 on OHP. I was considering switching to a PPL split after reading that accessories exercises might help?
Any advice on which PPL split to follow would be appreciated, or if I should just stick with SL.
