I currently am cutting on a carb cycle (M-W 150g carb; T-Sat 0g carb besides those from veggies and little carbs from food or supplements), but yesterday, my girlfriends parents took us to dinner to celebrate our 12 month (used as a cheat meal- burger, shrimp, oysters, diet coke and jack, and one beer [I know]), and today is actually our 12 month so we are doing dinner, but it is healthy and hopefully fits my remaining macros (edamame and pan seared arctic char, maybe a glass of red wine; they don't post nutritional info so I have to ask when I'm there). Tomorrow usually is my off day and refeed day, so I was wondering if I should keep it an off day but keep it at 150g carb, or do an hour of cardio with a nice chest day to make up for eating out twice
