Gaining weight from drinking alcohol

What's up guys, so last night I was drinking with some buddies. The day before I weighed 152.6. I consumed maybe 7 shots and 1 beer so lets approximate 800 calories. Then I had some taco bell and I ate a bit earlier, hypothetically in the worst case scenario let's say I ate 2500 calories. This puts me at a consumption of 3300 calories. Today I woke up weighed 157.9. Now I know weight isn't everything because I calculate mine with a weekly average, but how do I compensate for this in my diet? Obviously I didn't gain 5 pounds so a lot of this is water weight and stuff.
