My right shoulders is round, but left shoulder isn't and I don't like it.
I am giving my left shoulder more volume with dumbells and lateral raises and lateral raises on a machine.
I've found that gab is visible between my middle delt and rear delt and I just don't know how to close the gab. Right now, when I press the Gabe with my finger, I feel little muscle and I don't if that's because my read delt isn't big enough.
This picture shows my 'right' arm, but it's my left.
The black shadow that you guys see is the gab.
