I need some help with my final weight-loss push.

Hey r/fitness. I'll try to keep it short. I am 23 and my height is 184cm (6feet). I started my diet february of 2016. I managed to lose around 42 kilos (93 lbs) and went down from 128 kilos to 85-ish. This sets my BMI at 25 and something, a bit above normal.

I want to lose about 8 more kilos. However I seem to not be able to fast anymore. I follow my plan all day long but end up devouring snacks at 12 am because I feel hungry more often than not. I do basic cardio stuff at the gym 3-4 times a week, nothing to write home about. I intend to start a full routine once I reach my intended weight.

How do I lose those last 8 kilos? Do I exercise more or should I just stop eating all day long and just succumb to the 12am snacks? I feel like I just don't have the will I started with one year ago.
