Hi fitit, I'm gonna be straightforward here and I want to ask if my routine is imbalanced. Stats are 16, male, 68kgs, currently a beginner in weightlifting with 3 weeks of weightlifting. Goals is to lose weight by building muscle and keeping my diet in check. Here's the routine, I currently lift M/W/F and do 20 minutes of hiit sprinting on tuesdays and thursdays. Sat/sun are my rest days. I currently rest for 60 seconds after completing a set.
Monday
* DB Squat: 3x(6-12 reps)
* Flat DB Bench Press: 3x(6-12 reps)
* Pullup progression: 3x(4-8 reps)

* DB Floor Press: 3x(6-12)
* Pullups progression: 3x(4-8)
* Lateral DB Raise: 3x(6-12)
* Standing DB hammer Curl: 3x(6-12)
* Lying DB Skull Crushers: 3x(6-12)
* Leg Raises progression: 3x(4-8)
