The gym used to be my biggest passion, but now I don't exercise at all because bench press, curls even squats make my shoulders twinge and sore, and pretty much every exercise makes me feel serious strain in my neck.
I'm 24. I try to do neck exercises and rotator cuff exercises but it doesn't help. Any advice?
