Hi, just want to ask a few questions. As the title says, I've been trying to gain a bit of weight and started going gym, but I've got IBS, which has made it really difficult to do so, I was unemployed for the past few months and I gained about 7-10kg in the past 3-4 months, staying at home it was fine as I could eat anything, however I've just got a job and this is where the hard part comes in, I generally can't eat outside due to having IBS, a lot of food easily trigger my symptons, so I tend to not have any food until I get back home from work. I then try to stuff myself with meals and a shake before bed, I assume this isn't the healthiest thing to do? but is it possible? And if anyone knows any food that has a lot of calories and is a calm food please comment, I will be trying out lots of foods to see which ones I can eat outside. But I just feel like I'm going to lose all the weight I've gained due to not eating enough during the day :( Thanks in advance
