I go to school Mon - Fri, 7:00 - 3:00, have a lot of homework, and go to work almost all day on the weekends. The only day and time I am able to workout is late Friday. My question is, instead of consecutively doing a 30 min work out over the course of 5 days, like I did over the summer, could I do one large workout a week? I use an elliptical machine if that means anything.
