What kind of gym goer are you?

Do you like to get in and get out? Do you go at it hard 90% of the time in there? Do you solely do weights or cardio? Do you like to take it easy and just hang out? Do you go just to talk about lifting only to spend more time talking then training?

My first gym run was back in 2011 when I signed up at a Golds Gym. The guy signing me up was telling me how he will workout in 45 minutes and be back out the door. I thought that was fast till I started working out. I go in do 10 min warm up cardio then hit the weights back/biceps, chest/tricep, core, legs depending on what day it is and go for about 20 mins then finish off with 20 mins of cardio while never letting my heart rate below 125 and then I'm out the door. In under 1 hr I'm totally fatigued and done.

I however always seem to see people who just don't work out. They don't sweat nor even keep their heart rate up. They walk around with no goal. Maybe do 4 or 5 reps a machine and take it super easy. Every gym is them same no matter the location (I move alot).
