Hey everyone,
So I'm a noob who wants to look better, more than I want to be stronger. I'm 175 pounds and really happy with this weight. I used to be 250+ and got to 150 after but I've found that I like this weight. It lets me eat the amount that leaves me happy, and I seem to be most athletic here.
So the question is: if I wanted to look better (I have zero muscle mass right now) could I do it without changing my diet? If I went into the gym and did 5x5 or ppl would I put on muscle, Or would I have bulk then cut back to this weight?
