So I do abs 2-3 times a week. Is my "mini circuit" effective, or is it dumb?
At the end of my workout, I do:
•15 leg raises (on the floor)
• 10 jackknives
• 15 assisted jackknives
•20 flutter kicks
•12 reverse crunches
And then end it with a 1 min plank.
I do all that without any break in between, 3 sets with about 2-4 min break in between.
Is it overkill? Should I be splitting it up and do more rests? Or is it okay?
