I was 53kg at the beginning of Feb. And my current weight is 57kg. My target is 60kg. I am 5'3" tall.
When I started bulking I increased my calorie intake. And I am very regular to the gym hitting it mostly 5 days a week.
Over that I walk about 8km a day and burn 350kcal by walking alone as per google fit data. However the calorie consumption would be around 1500-2000kcal every day. I am a vegetarian so my food contains more carbs.
I really want to gain muscles in my arms, back and calves. But what is happening is I could see fat deposits in my abs. Even though I work for my abs every 3rs day, that fat is not going. Is it regular ir okay to have the fat going up in your belly during bulking?
Or should I include cardio into my workouts? Or should I reduce my intake?
