Okay! So as part of S5x5 I been doing rows, grunting "row door" on each rep.
But every time I do them, I pinch a nerve in my right arm. Feels like a strong electric shock. Now I believe the nerve's been hurt in some way. Whenever I hyperextend my elbow (think stretchcing while yawning) my right elbow hurts bad. Like, brief stabs of FRIKKEN OUCH. Feels like when I went Snap City on a deadlift, except in my elbow
So I'm effing done with bent-over rows. I been thinking of replacing them with pull-ups and planks anyway. Anybody have alternatives to bent-over rows apart from my choices?
