I'm a 6'1 190 pound guy somewhat plateaued after losing 15 lbs in 3 months of cutting so far. It's becoming difficult and right now I eat 2000 calories a day with 40/40/20f macros. I always feel hungry especially since I do cardio every other day. Because of St. Patty's day and poor planning I ended up consuming 3800 calories for the day. It killed all of the cravings I've been having and I'd consider it a cheat day.
What's the best way to "fix" my cheat day? Should I fast all of my next day and eat just 400 calories? Or should I eat my full 2000 calories and burn 1600 from cardio? Or should I eat 1200 calories the next two days? Thanks for the input. By the way I practice intermittent fasting daily and I'm capable of not eating for 16-18 hours without getting hungry, if that helps.
