I have been working a full-time labour intensive construction role for 3 months now and my training has been heavily affected. I rarely have the energy to workout and when I do, I definitely dont have the energy to break pb's. Prior to this job i was a student and was training 4X a week & bulking exponentially. (Have lost a lot of weight now too). My question is to people out there working heavy labour jobs, how do you manage bodybuilding ?
