Check this if whey shakes not sitting right or you're a bit lactose intolerant looking for protein

Alright sorry for that title.

Anyway I'll keep this brief. Been getting lactose intolerant and whey shakes started sitting worse and worse. Gave em up for a year and a half. Missed whey, looked some shit up because I figured whey shouldn't have lactose. Found something that said that most wheys mix isolate and concentrate AND concentrate actually has way more lactose. Found isolate whey online, been drinking shakes for days ever since. Now Im feeling large and in charge without airing out my pants every minute.

Tldr: Look into Isolate Whey if you are lactose intolerant and/or normal whey does funky stuff to ya
