I'm 21, 177 cm, 125 kg last month, 114 kg today. My calorie limit is at 1700 but I consistently eat under, if/when I hit my goal of 85 kg, will I regain most the weight if I eat more relaxedly? My mom nags me about it not being sustainable but I just want to lose fast. What're the facts about this situation?
