First time this happened. So I was doing standing shoulder flies, then out of nowhere I heard my right wrist "crack". I instantly put down the dumbells. Maybe I accidentally twisted my wrist in the air or something. It didn't hurt much, but i couldn't do bicep curls, though hammer curls were doable.
Next morning, now my wrist sort of hurts whenever I twist it slightly. Like if I make my wrist in a curling motion, it hurts (not so much, just uncomfortable). There is no swelling or anything. Is this a normal injury thatll heal soon? Anyonr experience somethinh like this?
