Hi Guys
Long time lurker here, so I'm 27 M around 13 stone and carrying a bit of weight I'd like to lose.
Anyway I've recently rejoined with a bit more knowledge and determination but I've got a few questions.
1) since it's been a while (5-6 months) will I get the newbie gains again?
2) currently I'm at around 85KG bench 90KG squat and 130KG deadlift, I've been adding ounces every set lately (5KG Total) but I'm wondering when I should up it? Should I be adding every week?
3) I've had a shoulder op in the past and it's fully healed now but I notice it fails a lot quicker is there anything I can do to fix that?
4) last question is doing chest fly, should I put weight there or keep it light and focus on the squeeze?
