I study at a university and most of the social life at university consists of eating out and drinking at student pubs multiple times a week (I'm not saying everyone does it just most of the people I know).
Also it's easier for me to meet girls at social settings like pubs, rather than talk to them in they gym, because I'm to focused on working out there and most girls I talked to find I a bit inappropriate.
Usually I feel better and more satisfied when I eat clean, sleep 8 hours per night and work out regularely. But from time to time I just need a few drinks to relax.
The problem is whenever I allow myself to visit partys or pubs to just drink a few, the amount increases over the following weeks, and it averages in me being pretty drunk two times per week resulting in neglecting my nutrition and training more and more.
Do you have any tips on how to manage this better or own experiences regarding this?
