I'm Weak! Following The Reddit Guidelines of Fitness Preliminary Week: 1

Hello,

I was inspired by the guy who followed Dwayne 'The ROCK' Johnson's work out and diet routine for thirty days to try something similar. I will be following the below plan for three months, starting April first and ending July 1st. Between now and April 1st I am following the plan but have some flexibility as I figure out what works and what does not. Example: I learned plain instant oatmeal is like glue and I'll have to add raisins or something to make it edible. Please give any advice or thoughts. If the mods feel like this is spam (I will be putting up updates every Saturday until July 1st) just take it down or shoot me a pm. Next week I will have all my lifts recorded with starting weights and form checks.

TL;DR: I'm going to follow Reddits generaly accepted fitness guide lines for men and put out updates every Saturday.
