Hey guys
I've been bulking for a decent amount of time now. When I first started a bit over 1 year ago I was weighing 130 pounds while my hieght was 5'8. Now I'm weighing 175 pounds @ 6'0.
These past 11 pounds I feel like I didn't put on much size on my upper body, it was mainly on my legs and some fat on my sides. I don't really know where to go from here, I feel my body proportions are getting worse and worse. My legs are getting too big compared to my upper body.
I know legs are the biggest muscle group, but is there anything I can do to balance it out? Should I just keep bulking and hope my upper body catches up or start a cut?
