Pain during workout

I am sorry if this is the wrong subreddit to post this in, also sorry if the title is misspelled

I have been going to the gym for about 3 weeks now and I love working out there, the people are friendly, there's a lot of variation in machines etc etc

But since a week I have been getting very irritating stomach/intestine pains when working out. It's the kind of pain that's like "I need to fart" or "I need to find a toilet NOW"

Now, when I was younger I occassionaly went for a jog and found myself having this pain when I didn't go to the toilet beforehand. But even though I go to the toilet regularily and don't eat too much before working out, I still have this pain.

I also thought it could have been my protein shake, since protein can make you gassy and such. But when I went to workout without having used any form of protein, I still had it.

It's annoying since I do a lot of leg/belly exercises and I stop when I find myself having this pain again, to prevent any "accidents". So I have to stop early in my workout... (I still do other exercises though, but most exercises I do are focused on the legs and belly).

Does anyone know what this could be and how to solve this?
