Just got a set of high paralettes.. need some advice

Hi all . I've been working out with weights for the past 2-3 years, quite regularly.

I've recently got some paralettes, initially so I can do some good full range motion dips but now that I have them I have looked into incorporating some body weight exercises to either replace some dumbbell exercises or in addition to.

Can anyone suggest some good paralette exercises that will build both functional strength AND muscle/defining? I have tried doing an L-Sit and I find it fairly easy so I guess my starting strength is quite good.

Are L-sits good at building the abs, or is it more a core exercises (as in not going to be visible)? Any other suggestions would be good also thanks.

Edit: the paralettes are high ones maybe 1.5 meters high or so
