My wife & I have been going to the gym about 7 weeks now, and we have noticed she is losing fat on her abdomen, but she wants to increrase the loss.
The problem is she cannot do the following exercises:
Squats: Due to knee problems/surgery
Planks: Foot problems/surgery
She tends to do cardio work (treadmill, cross trainer). I've recommended she start doing sit-ups/scrunches. I just wondered if there are any other core muscle exercises you guys can recommend that she may find easier to do, that would give improved losses on the gut.
