Need help making a diet/workout schedule before basic training

Hi, I'm 21 years old about to join the army. I go to basic in May, I am looking to gain some weight and muscle mass before I join to help me have a better edge with training and what not. I'm not ever educated with fitness so I was hoping the people of Reddit could help me throw together a quick workout routine and diet to get me started. Any info helps and goes a long ways thank you!

Edit: I'm quite unfit at the moment, currently weighing 141 pounds with nearly no muscle. I'm pretty tall and lanky. My diet for the past few weeks have been nothing but chicken breast, egg, tuna, milk etc.
