I'm going through Physical Therapy (PT) for a flair up of a minor herniation of two discs. Needless to say, I'm not lifting. Just daily home stretching, and PT twice per week.
Is there any benefit to maintaining a protein shake per day (muscle recovery perhaps), and/or my Creatine dose, or is it just flushing cash down the drain until I'm back in the gym?
