Anyone get these times in the gym where they feel hyped and they just know they're gonna smash a pr?

Idk why I get them but every week or so, you'll be about to attempt a pr and just feel so confident and ready for it.

There's probably a term for it, is it due to a high serotonin level or something. Wish I could just capture the feeling and really it to whenever.
