There were 3 movements to be repeated 3 times each, all performed stood with one's back against a wall and moving the arms in some way.
I did it for a couple of weeks and felt some noticeable improvements, but got lazy and gave it up. Wanna get back into it but can't find it anywhere, although when it was posted here in the past it got a lot of positive comments so I'm hoping someone knows what I'm talking about.
